The location of the hotel was convenient, in the mountains. It was right by a restaurant, shopping area, and all shops and restaurants. - Really enjoyed the rooms, they were nicely updated and fairly quiet with 1 queen bed.

The Econo Lodge Inn & Suites was a convenient stop for us between two points on a visit to the western U.S. and Canada. There were reasonable eating possibilities nearby.

At this particular stop, I had needed to wash clothes from the first part of our trip. I had checked ahead of time that laundry facilities were available. It turned out, however, that there was only one washing machine and one dryer, so I ended up spending four hours washing and drying clothes - till about 03:00 in the morning. Luckily I had a good book with me!

The property is clean; spotlessly clean and brand-new rooms; exceptionally comfortable bed. Separate bedroom. Fantastically friendly, excellent staff towards all guests. Great location for Cranbrook, near to the mountains. Also, to a new restaurant that we thoroughly enjoyed. Great meal at attached restaurant.

I had a perfectly pleasant stay. the location was comfortable and perfect. - the free parking was on-site. - It was a shopping area, a comfortable base for me. - I liked that the hotel was 20 minutes drive from the airport.

Old air conditioner, very noisy. Light in the kitchen did not work. I did book room with 2 queen beds however I got one with 1 queen bed.

Dog friendly. We got to keep uour dog in the room with us. The price was very good. It was quiet and close to shopping.

Convenient spot, right by the shopping area. the room is big and looks like it was just put together, and it has a comfy queen-sized bed. 🛍️

my bed I had a sweet and my COUCH i had to sleep on was horrible. My friends that had the same kind of room a sweet and had 2 queen size beds. I was very dissappointed.

The location here is excellent with convenient proximity to a shopping mall and being just 200 meters away from the bus stop.

It was convenient and that our relatives room was right next door!

Our relatives wanted a smoking room and we wanted to be beside them, we have a twelve year old daughter and the room was very discolored and smelly from smoke! We ourselves don't smoke indoors anywhere! Management of Econo Lodge should source better methods for air exchange in their smoking rooms and clean those rooms more thoroughly!
